  8. When all the crepes are done, keep them in a baking tray, sprinkle the grate cheddar and keep it a preheated oven for 5 minutes till the cheese melts. Remove them from the tray, cut and serve with a spicy sauce..

Rinse, pat dry and slice fresh mushrooms or drain canned mushrooms. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add milk, bouillon cubes, salt and white pepper. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture is thickened. Stir in sour cream and sherry.
